Tigerettes prepare for soccer Playday

Tigerette Robin Pafford gets ready for Play Day this weekend, as she runs drills during practice.

The DCHS Tigerettes were on the pitch this week, preparing for the upcoming 2017 season which begins with a preseason Playday this Saturday at home beginning with DeKalb vs Cannon County at 9 a.m.
Teams will play four games and each game will be thirty minutes with no halftime.  Points will be awarded with the winner will receive 3 points, losing team will receive no points.  If a game ends in a tie each team will receive one point. The two teams with the most points will play in the championship game. The third and fourth place teams will play for third place.
Teams: DeKalb County, Cannon County, Upperman White County, Livingston Academy
Coaching the Tigerettes this year are coach Dylan Kleparek and coach Rhonda Merriman
The 2017 DCHS Tigerettes are: Chloe Braswell, Lydia Phillips, Sarette Aranda, Robin Pafford, Faith Judkins, Sarah Starnes, Audrey Gillenwater, Sophie Hackett, Skylor Young, Taylor Foutch, Anna Rachel Blair, Carly Vance, Abbey Parchman, Avery Valdez, Meghan Brandt, Harper Wallace, Brooke Gannon. Madison Rackley and Emily Swoape. Team managers are Dylan Easterwood, Jackub Osment, Jasper Kleparek, Aaron Garza, Alan Munoz and Josef Osment.
