The DeKalb County Tigerettes softball season ended Monday evening with a 4-2 loss to Sequatchie County in the Regional Tournament Semi-Finals at Dunlap.The Tigerettes scored two runs in the second inning.Olivia Norton, the losing pitcher for the Tigers, went four innings on the mound and gave up six hits.She walked three batters and struck out two.Josie Culwell came in for three innings giving up only two hits.She struck out one, walked one, and hit a batter.Sequatchie County scored two runs in the first inning, one in the third, and one in the fourth.For the tiger offensive effort,Brooke Hutchings, Martha Webb, Abbey Caldwell and Annieka Norton hit a single each, while Tifffini Hendrixson hit a double.The Tigerettes season comes to an end with an overall record of 22-10-1.In the other region tournament game Monday, Upperman lost to Bledsoe County at Baxter by a score of 2-0.
