Tigers Drop Game against Grundy

The DeKalb County Tigers Baseball Team managed to play one game last week, despite the rainy weather. Grundy County came to visit last week, but the Tigers didn't get the results they had hoped for.

The Tigers kept things close early on in the game, but Grundy was able to slowly pull away. Grundy struck first with one run in the first, but the Tigers managed to tie things up in the second.

The third inning saw Grundy pull away with three runs, then another run in the fourth. DeKalb kept things interesting at the bottom of the fourth, scoring two runs of their own, but Grundy would seal the win in the 7th inning with two more runs, taking the game from DeKalb, 7-3.

The Tigers had three runs, on eight hits, and nine errors, while Grundy had seven runs on 10 hits, and three errors.
