The DCHS Tiger football team, now 5-3 overall and 3-1 in the region, had a bye week last Friday, but will return on Oct. 21 to host the Upperman Bees in a region game on senior night, and will visit Cannon County on Oct. 28 to wrap up the regular season.
Upperman, 4-4 on the season, enjoyed wins against Monterey, Grundy County, Cannon County and York Institute so far, and have been beaten by Cookeville, Trousdale, Stone Memorial and Smith County.
The Tigers have come out on top against Warren County, York, Cumberland County, Smith and Grundy counties. They have given up losses to Stone Memorial, Macon and Sequatchie.
Kickoff for both games is at 7 p.m.
