The Middle Girls Division of Junior Pro Basketball has seen some good games over the past few weeks, with some young talent shining bright.
On Feb. 22, NHC Smithville came out on top against Snow Hill Storage, 17-16.
For Snow Hill, Presley Agee scored eight points, while Katie Colwell came away with four. Jacqueline Bain and Joleen Squires each had two.
Miah Mullins scored 15 points for NHC, while Caitlyn Harwell scored two.
All Seasons Marine took a win over Davis Auto Body, 18-10.
Hannah Willingham scored five for Davis, while Leah Davis scored four, and Monica Carlton two.
For All Seasons, Megan Cantrell had nine points, with Mallori Hart getting five and Elizabeth Seber four.
On Feb. 15, Davis Auto Body had an impressive win over Snow Hill Storage, 12-5.
For Davis, Hannah Willingham had eight points, while Brooke Gannon and Gracie Starnes each had two.
Kaitlyn Jackman and Joleen Squires each had two points for Snow Hill, with Katie Colwell getting one point.
All Seasons Marine had a big victory over NHC Smithville, 20-2.
