Three Smithville Aldermen and a city judge took the oath of office Monday night at the monthly meeting of the mayor and aldermen. City Attorney Vester Parsley, Jr. administered the oath to Aldermen Shawn Jacobs, Josh Miller, and Danny Washer, all recently reelected to four-year terms. The terms began on Sept. 1.
