Alexandria police catch meth trio red-handed

Three people allegedly caught in the act have been arrested and charged with initiation of a process to result in the manufacture of methamphetamine.Chief Mark Collins stated that 40-year-old Christopher B. Pack, 25-year-old Kara Funk and 26-year-old Jessica R. Bogle were arrested on June 23 in a wooded area on Shady Lane as the Alexandria Police Department were investigating reported suspicious activity. The three were found with the components used to manufacture methamphetamine in the wooded area.The Tennessee Methamphetamine and Pharmaceutical Task Force responded to the scene to assist with the disposal of the components .Bond for each defendant was set at $25,000 and they are scheduled to appear in court on June 28. More arrests are expected .
