The Bluegrass Pickin’ Preview will kick off the Jamboree on June 30th with the Community Chorus, the Smithville Square Dancers and Cloggers, and Clyde Nokes and the Short Mountain Boys entertaining, starting at 6 p.m. The event will take place at Evins Park. The Community Chorus will perform from 6-7 p.m., the Smithville Square Dancers and Cloggers, led by Mary Ann Puckett, will take the stage from 7-7:30 p.m., and the show will wrap up with Clyde Nokes and the Short Mountain Boys from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Parking for the Bluegrass PIckin’ Preview will be provided after 5 p.m. by the Smithville Review at 106 South 1st Street, Smithville and at the office of Dr. Starla Meigs, OD, at 107 North Congress Blvd. Bring a lawn chair, and come enjoy some great entertainment.
