The body of a 57-year-old Collierville man was recovered from Center Hill Lake after he reportedly fell from a docked jet ski Saturday afternoon. According to TWRA Officer Tony Cross, the body of Stephen R. Morris was recovered after a search of about three hours. While it is believed that a medical condition may be the cause of the incident, an autopsy has been ordered to determine the exact cause of death.
