DeKalb County Republican Party Chairman Mingy K. Bryant attended the Republican National Convention as the honored guest of State Executive Committee Woman, Jennifer Winfree. Bryant described the experience as “an amazing opportunity” to be a part of history. She said the atmosphere inside the arena was “energized and positive.”
