Once wasn’t enough for a Kentucky man who broke into the same storage unit on two different occasions, the thefts coming a month apart. The burglar, Christopher Allen Hall, 38, of Benton, Ky., is charged with two counts of theft and two counts of burglary. He is charged with breaking into a storage unit on Wolf Creek Road on May 25 and again on June 29.
