The County commission voted last week to appoint Rhonda Caplinger as fifth-district member of the DeKalb County Beer Board last week. Caplinger will fill the unexpired term of Bazel Dick Knowles, who recently resigned from the position. The remaining members of the beer board are Jim Stagi (first district), Frank Thomas (second district), Edward Frazier (third district), Robert Rowe (fourth district), Leonard Dickens (sixth district), and Johnny King (seventh district).
