“Liberty State Bank is very pleased to announce the promotion of Rhonda Caplinger to branch manager of our Smithville office. Rhonda has worked at our bank for 22 years in various roles and was most recently an Assistant Vice President and Assistant Manager for the bank. Rhonda is active in the Smithville community with activities such as the Lions Club, Relay for Life Committee, the Professional Women’s Club, and the Smithville Church of God.
