Hello fellow chamber members and supporters, 

As many of you know, Suzanne Williams suffered a life-threatening accident on October 4th.  While staying in Sevierville for the TN State Tourism Conference, she slipped in the hotel bathroom and caught her throat on the tub edge, crushing the organs in her throat.  She has been in the Sevierville hospital since, but has made a miraculous recovery.  Although she is still very weak and has a long road to full recovery, she is coming home tomorrow, Wednesday October 25th.  

Please join us in welcoming her back to DeKalb County!  She will not be returning to work for some time, but if you have a message kiosk or street sign, would you consider putting a temporary message out for her from Wednesday October 25th - Friday November 3rd?   RiverWatch is hosting a Golf Tournament benefit for Suzanne on Saturday, November 4th.  We hope everyone will participate, either by playing golf, donating auction items, or being a sponsor to SUPPORT SUZANNE.  More information to follow on the event.
