City police arrest woman for theft, assault, disorderly conduct

Officer Matt Farmer arrested Patsy Lynn McCoy, 43, on June 14 for disorderly conduct, assault, and theft.

 

The officer was dispatched to investigate reports of a disturbance. He allegedly found McCoy and the victim outside, with the victim bleeding from a cut on his left hand.

 

The victim reportedly said that McCoy had stolen money from him. McCoy apparently continued to argue with the victim, neighbors and Farmer.

 

After McCoy refused to comply with officer's direction to be quite, she was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault. She repeatedly denied that she had any money on her person, but a search of her person at the jail reportedly revealed money belonging to the victim, and she was arrested for theft as well.

 

Her bond was set at $4,500, and she will appear in court on July 16.Officer Will Judkins arrested Tyrone Dwayne Owens, 39, for DUI on June 6.

 

Police received a call concerning a black Jeep being driven recklessly around Cox Street, and while enroute the officer reportedly found the Jeep in the middle of Dry Creek Road and made contact with Owens, who allegedly had slow, slurred speech and appeared drowsy.

 

Owens was asked to perform sobriety tasks, which he performed poorly, and was arrested for DUI. His bond was set at $1,500, and he will appear in court on July 16.

 

Officer Farmer arrested Crissy Michelle Evans, 41, for violation of bond conditions on June 9.

 

Farmer was given information that Evans was at Evans Manor Apartments with a male she had been ordered not to have contact with due to active bond conditions from June 2014. The bond conditions were verified by the clerk's office, and the officer found Evans at the apartment with the other party.

 

Her bond was set at $2,500, and she appeared in court on June 18.

 

Gregory Allen Mayo II, 25 was arrested for domestic assault on May 21.

 

Officer Lance Dillard responded to a residence for a domestic assault in progress and spoke with Mayo who stated he had been in a fight with his sister. The officer found the victim locked in a bathroom with marks and scratches on her body and bleeding from her thigh.

 

His bond was set at $2,500, and he will appear in court on July 11.

 

Sergeant Travis Bryant arrested Mark George Koch, 52, for domestic violence on June 3. Officers were dispatched to a residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. Koch had allegedly struck the victim in the area of the face causing her glasses to fly off her head.

 

His bond was set at $2000.00, and he will appear in court on June 11.

 

Sergeant Bryant arrested Isauro Martinez, 30, for domestic violence on June 14.

 

The warrant states that Bryant and Officer Joey Myers responded to 848 Foster Rd in reference to a suspicious vehicle. While on the scene they reportedly heard the sound of glass breaking behind the building.

 

The lawmen walked around the apartments and allegedly found a man breaking out a window to an apartment. They identified the subject as Martinez and were able to determine that he had been in a verbal altercation with his girlfriend.

 

The girlfriend reportedly told authorities that he had been drinking and become violent, and that she had locked him out of the house.
