City police make possession, domestic assault arrests

Juan Carillo Perez, 19, was cited for simple possession on Dec. 27.
According to the citation, the officer observed a silver vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot that was parked away from the other vehicles with two male subjects inside.
Due to complaints of drug traffic in the parking lot the officer approached the vehicle and made contact with Perez, the driver, and was allegedly informed that there was marijuana in the vehicle.
A small amount of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana was found under the seat.
He will appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 17.
Stephen Hunter Pugh, 27, was cited for simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia on New Year’s Eve.
A search incident to arrest for an outstanding warrant produced a small amount of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and drug paraphernalia upon Pugh's person.
He will appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 17.
Clay Andrew Bain 21 was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 5.
Bain was involved in a verbal dispute and he made an attempt to dispose of three hypodermic needles.
He will appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 21.
Daniel Trey Hamilton, 22, and Kayla N. Adams, also 22, were arrested for domestic assault on Jan. 5.
Hamilton and Adams reportedly got into an argument that turned physical, and both had wounds on their bodies.
 The primary aggressor could not be determined, and both were taken into custody for domestic assault.
Bond for both was set at 2500, and they will appear in court on Jan. 17.
Chad James Bradshaw, 31, was arrested for domestic assault on Jan. 6.
According to the warrant, an officer spoke to the victim, who told them that she and Chad Bradshaw were in a heated argument and it became physical.
Marks were found on the victim, and upon speaking with Bradshaw and a witness, it was determined that Bradshaw was the primary aggressor.
His bond was set at $3500, and he will appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 21.
