Despite a downpour Saturday morning, better than half of the more than 90 runners registered for the Business and Professional Women’s Club’s Spring Fest 5k Color Shuffle and One-Mile Fun Run braved the weather to complete the event. The run was to benefit the scolarships and various charities the club supports. The event was such a resounding success that another run has been scheduled for the BPW’s Fall Fest in September. While there were no official winners, Josh Miller and Kolter Kilgore crossed the line first.
