A man accused of a child sex crime involving a family member was sentenced in DeKalb County Criminal Court on April 8.
Thomas Copenhaver, 45, received a six-year sentence suspended to supervised probation except for time served after pleading guilty to the charge of sexual battery. He will be entered on the state's sexual offender registry. Copenhaver was accused of a child sex crime involving his niece.
Meanwhile, 38-year-old Stacey Ashford pled guilty to delivery of a Schedule III drug and received a three-year sentence, suspended to judicial diversion probation, in DeKalb County Criminal Court on April 6. She was ordered to pay a $2,000 drug fine, and was given 51 days credit for time served.
Martha Silcox, 38, pled guilty to three counts of vandalism over $1,000. She received a total sentence of five years on probation, and was given two years in two of the cases to run concurrently with each other, but consecutive to the third case, in which she received three years.
Killian Blake Ellis, 21, pled guilty to three counts of vandalism, receiving a total sentence of five years on probation. Ellis was given three years in two of the cases, to run concurrently with each other but consecutive to the third case, in which he received two years.
Christine Moore, 26, pled guilty to attempted sale of a Schedule III drug. She received a two-year sentence, suspended to supervised probation.
She was fined $2,000. If fines and costs are paid, she will be placed on unsupervised probation for the second year of the sentence. She was given 31 days credit for time served in jail.
Philando Darnell Fullilove, 27, pled guilty to sale and delivery of a Schedule II drug. He received a four-year suspended sentence, to run consecutive to another sentence he is currently serving.
Fullilove was fined $2,000, and given credit for time served from Jan. 30 to April 6.
