A Warren County accident claimed the life of a 32-year-old Rock Island man Sunday morning.Daniel Luke Caldwell was killed when his mini-van and a tractor-trailer hauling nursery stock collided near the Van Buren County line on Highway 70 South.The Tennessee Highway Patrol said Caldwell was traveling north on Highway 136 in a 2005 Chrysler mini-van when he failed to yield to a stop sign and crashed into a 2013 Kenworth headed east on Highway 70, driven by 29-year-old Jorge Moreira of McMinnville.The accident occurred around 3:30 a.m. Both vehicles overturned after the crash, coming to rest in the eastbound ditch on Highway 70.Moreira was reportedly uninjured.The accident was investigated by Sergeant Jimmy Jones and Troopers Gary Myers and Bruce Pryor of the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
