Regions Bank announced last week that Jeff Crips has been promoted to branch manager of the bank’s Smithville office.Crips previously served as assistant branch manager for Regions at its McMinnville Plaza location. In his new role, Crips will oversee all bank operations at the Smithville branch, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong community relationships. A lifelong DeKalb County resident, Crips graduated from DeKalb County High School and Middle Tennessee State University, where he earned a business bachelor’s degree with a focus on finance and insurance.Crips told the Review that it was an “honor to serve the people of DeKalb County,” and that he was looking forward to taking over the reigns at the local Regions branch.“It’s good to be home,” he said.Prior to joining Regions in early 2007, Crips worked as an agent at Calvary Insurance Agency.
