DCB offers customized debit card

A new debit card feature offered by DeKalb Community Bank lets customers transform the look of their favorite method of payment using their own photos.
MyPixCard, recently introduced via the bank’s website at wilsonbank.com, allows a debit card holder to design a customized card using his or her own photos or graphics.  For a fee of $7.95 per card, customers can order a debit card that features a custom image they upload themselves, even adding their own logo and text if they choose, or they can select from a gallery of photos already provided.
A few restrictions apply to the images that may be used, some of which involve the display of licensed materials, but the possibilities for card designs are nearly limitless, with card graphics determined completely by the card holder.
In addition to an existing debit card, a working e-mail address is required to obtain a MyPixCard.  The customized card can be designed and ordered online anytime at  www.dekalbcommunitybank.com New cards are normally received in a matter of days.
