The DeKalb County Democratic Party will hold a Mass Meeting for local and state Democratic candidates, Saturday, February 13, 2016, to kick off the election year. The event will take place at the DeKalb County High School cafeteria, beginning at 10 a.m. There will be opportunities to meet the candidates for Constable, City Council, Property Assessor, and State Representative. Bill Freeman, a potential candidate for the office of Governor, will be the keynote speaker.
