Ricky Leroy Randall, 47, faces charges of possession of a Schedule VI drug for resale after sheriff’s department detectives reportedly found him with more than four pounds of pot on April 10.

According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, the detectives went to Randall’s Old Blue Springs Road home to conduct a probation search on the man, who is reportedly on probation in Warren County for sale and delivery of a Schedule VI drug. The sheriff said the lawmen found a white five-gallon bucket with approximately 10 ounces of a green, leafy substance believed to be marijuana outside the residence.

Inside the home in a bedroom and bathroom officers reportedly found another half-ounce of the substance, scales, a pipe and rolling papers, along with $700 in cash. Also found in the house was a package containing another white five-gallon bucket with approximately four more pounds of the green, leafy substance that was individually packaged, apparently for resale.

Randall also faces charges of driving on a revoked license. According to the sheriff, Randal was operating a motor vehicle on the roadway while his license was revoked out of California.

His bond was set at $28,000, and he will appear in court on April 27.
