Those who offer baked and/or canned goods at our local Farmer’s Market are required to have a Regulatory Services Permit and Domestic Kitchen Certification certificate.
A Domestic Kitchen Tenn. It is a one-day course from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Pre-registration with payment is mandatory. Registration forms are available at the office of the county mayor, Mike Foster, the UT Extension Office and the Smithville Review.
