Donuts could be more than fattening for a Kentucky man who has been charged with tearing up a field with his vehicle.
The suspect, Toby Keith Jeffreys, 21, of Alsophus, Ky., is charged with vandalism.
According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, a deputy was called to Preston Vickers Road in Liberty where a vehicle was cutting donuts in a field. When he got to the location, the officer spoke with the victim who told him that her daughter witnessed the incident. The deputy then went out and spoke to the people who were still in the field and Jeffreys was found to be the driver of the vehicle cutting the donuts. The estimated cost of the damage to the field was $1,500.
