The Order of the Eastern Star presented County Mayor Mike Foster with a set of flags for use at the county complex recently. Both DeKalb chapters, Smithville (374) and Liberty (488) donated the flags, one American and one Tennessee. Worthy Matrons and Worthy Patrons of the local chapters, as well as others from the Grand Chapter of Tennessee made the presentation.
