The annual DeKalb County Schools Education Celebration will be held on the courthouse square Aug. 3 at 6 p.m.The event, usually held on registration day, has been moved because registration falls on election day this year.All students will register on Aug. 2, an abbreviated school day that will last from 7:30-9:30 a.m.The Education Celebration is free to all DeKalb County students, and will feature informational booths, free school supplies, refreshments, and other exhibitions and activities.
