A longtime employee with DeKalb EMS was honored with a retirement party with his co-workers Thursday. Richard “Dick” Kinsey, who has worked for the DeKalb EMS as an Advanced EMT since 2002, retired from service last week, and was treated to BBQ, a cake, and a plaque commemorating his service. The plaque read: “The DeKalb County Ambulance Service would like to thank you for your unselfish service to the ambulance service and all the persons you have responded to throughout your many years.
