Do you have the aptitude to take photos?

The Smithville Review is running a weekly contest where readers can send news/sports related pictures, along with the information the photo was taken. Every week, one qualifying photo will be chosen for publication in the newspaper and the person who submitted it will win a six-month subscription to the printed publication or a year of online access.

Every picture that is published also gets entered into our yearly judging contest where the winner gets $100 and a prize pack with a lot of various goodies.

Only one picture will go in the paper each week, but you can still win bragging rights and a photo credit if your photo is published on our Facebook page: facebook.com/smithvillereviewnews/

Remember to be safe taking your pictures; don’t take photos while driving, and most important have fun!
