County Mayor Tim Stribling has reappointed Joe Foutch to a four-year term on the DeKalb Utility District Board of Commissioners. Stribling announced at last week’s meeting of the county commission that Foutch, whose current term expires Aug. 31, had been reappointed to the utility’s board. Foutch’s name was one of three certified by the DUD board in order of preference according to state law, then presented to the county mayor, who is charged with choosing the appointee.
