The sheriff’s department has arrested a local man after allegedly discovering that he was a fugitive fromjustice in Arkansas.According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, Joshua Lynn Mullican, 29, was charged with being a fugitive from justice on June 11. Sheriff Ray said investigators learned from the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) that Mullican was being sought for committing a forced entry to a home in Arkansas.His bond was set at $2,500 and he will appear in court on June 19. Crystal Shandale Deck, 37, was charged with a third offense of driving on a suspended license and issued citations for driving on roadways laned for traffic, no insurance, and failure to carry registration on June 11.
