According to the press department at Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc. a new Arby’s restaurant will be opening later this year in the lot next to the Kwik-n-Ezy market on Congress Boulevard. City officials said permits have been applied for and granted, a water tap has already been installed, and workers have begun work on a retaining wall at the back of the property.
