Gary Housepian announced today he is stepping down as executive director of Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands, Tennessee’s largest non-profit law firm. Housepian has served as executive director of Legal Aid Society for the past decade, since July 2007. He will continue to head the organization until a new director is hired through a national search to find a qualified candidate to carry on his work.
