Louis Simon Lopez, III, 44, was among 38 people indicted by the DeKalb County Grand Jury last week. Lopez faces charges of sexual exploitation of a minor after city police allegedly found child pornography on his computer in January. Smithville Police Chief Mark Collins said his department was told that Lopez’ laptop held pictures and videos of children under the age of 18 naked and engaging in sexual contact.
