Grand Jury returns 63 indictments

The Dekalb County Grand jury met last week, indicting a total of 63 people, including sixteen who were named in sealed indictments.
Among those already arrested on sealed indictments were;
Andre Wakefield, who was indicted on charges of sale and delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance (Cocaine). His bond is $60,000.
Brian Thomason, Auto burglary (7 charges), theft under $500 (8 charges), criminal simulation, and vandalism under $500
Thomason was also indicted on charges of sale and delivery of a Schedule III controlled substance (Suboxone).  Thomason was already incarcerated in the DeKalb County Jail. His bond is $30,000.
Christopher Scruggs , who was indicted on charges of sale and delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance (Methamphetamine). His bond is $30,000
Donald Perry, Jr., who was indicted on charges of sale and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance (Cocaine). His bond is $30,000.
23 year old Lesley Lawrence of Foster Road, Smithville- indicted on charges of sale and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance (Cocaine). Her bond is $30,000.
Brandon Gurley, who was indicted on charges of sale and delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance (Methamphetamine). His bond is $30,000.
Jamie Lee Hodges, indicted on charges of sale and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance (Methamphetamine). Her bond is $60,000.
Susan Jean (Jeana) Brown, indicted on charges of sale and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance (Morphine)
Terry Lee Price, indicted on charges of sale and delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance (Morphine). His bond is $30,000.
Sharon Groshon Malone, indicted on charges of sale and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance (Morphine) and (Dilaudid). Her bond is $60,000.
Also indicted at the last meeting of the Grand jury were;
Donald Ray Henson, for Vehicular Homicide, driving under the influence, and leaving the scene of an accident.
Craig Hill, Ricky Estes and Roxanna N. Landis, Aggravated Robbery
Matthew Malachi Lawson, Theft over $1,000; Possession of a schedule II controlled substance for resale, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance for resale, possession of paraphernalia, sale and delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, and aggravated burglary and theft over $500.
Matthew M. Lawson and Chris M. Pack, Aggravated burglary and theft over $10,000.
Virginia Ruth Carrier, Theft under $500.
Melvin L. Crips, Jr. and Tracy L. Haynes, Theft over $10,000 and Theft over $500
Christopher J. Garrett, Brandon J. Gurley, and Jamie L. Hodges, Initiation of the manufacture of methamphetamine.
Harold L. Hutchings, Initiation of the manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.
Charles J. Davis, Initiation of the Manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.

Amanda Farless, Initiation of the manufacture of methamphetamine.
Scott B. Carroll, Jr., Wesley J. Hayes, and Francisco I. Bustamonte, Initiation of the manufacture of methamphetamine and reckless endangerment.
Sandra L. Clark and Robert Rochefort, Initiation of the manufacture of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence, possession of an illegal weapon, possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, and possession of paraphernalia.
Justin Lynn Murphy, Manufacturing a Schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a Schedule II, possession of a Schedule IV, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Amy G. Odell, Initiation of the manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy W. Ford, Possession of contraband in a penal institution.
Steven B. Goad, Vandalism over $500 and Leaving the scene of an accident.

Everyone indicted will be arraigned in DeKalb County Criminal Court on Monday, April 11 at 9 a.m.
