Attorney Tony Hagan has moved his law office from Lebanon to Smithville, where he lives with his wife, the former Frankie Hendrixson.
Hagan now shares an office with Gayla Hendrix in the former Chamber of Commerce offices at 301 North Public Square.
Hagan began practicing law in Lebanon in 1978 with his late father, Judge Willard Hagan.
He was an assistant district attorney in the 4th Judicial District from 2001-2005, and has tried numerous cases from both the side of the defense and from the side of the prosecutor.
“I have always tried to maintain justice and integrity, no matter which position I have found myself in,” Hagan said.
After his graduation from Memphis Law School in 2009 his son, Ensley Hagan, joined the firm, and is carrying on the family tradition.
