Anthony Joe Hamilton, 31, was charged with two counts of possession of a schedule II drug and a schedule III drug for resale after he was allegedly found with crack cocaine and Hydrocodone pills on April 24. According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, a sheriff's department detective pulled into the parking lot of Eastside Inn on Highway 70 East and approached Hamilton, who reportedly threw a white baggie with .4 grams of crack cocaine (two rocks) onto the ground. During a search, the detective found a cellophane pack in Hamilton’s pocket containing six 10-milligram Hydrocodone pills.
