A Baxter woman has been arrested by the sheriff’s department and charged with assaulting her mother. Crystal Michelle Harville, 34, was charged with domestic assault on Sept. 5. According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, a deputy called to a Ponder Road home spoke to Harville’s mother, who told him that her daughter became upset because she would not give her money.
