Homeless man arrested for exposing himself

The sheriff’s department arrested a 48-year-old homeless man and charged him with indecent exposure on Aug. 12.

 

A deputy responding to a call from Maggie’s Landing on Highway 70 made contact with Robert Orin Nannie, 48, who was allegedly sitting on a bench in front of the building exposing his genitals and buttocks to the public.

 

His bond was set at $1500, and he will appear in court on Aug. 25.

 

Meanwhile, Christy Mae Bell, 31, was arrested for aggravated assault on Aug 10.

 

A deputy dispatched to a Nashville highway home to investigate reports of a domestic assault in progress made contact w Bell, who had allegedly struck her ex-husband in the head and strangled him, leaving scratches and marks on the man’s face and neck.

 

Her bond was set at $4,000, and she will appear in court on Aug 25.

 

Karen Louise Edwards, 51, was arrested on Aug. 9 for hit and run and damage to a vehicle.

 

Edwards allegedly lost control of her 2005 Mazda on Vaughn Lane and hit a parked vehicle on Aug. 8, then reversed and hit a storage building, knocking in the wall and damaging items inside. She then reportedly fled the scene at a high rate of speed. The sheriff said she was located the next day and admitted to the crash.
