A local couple indicted last week for the death of the woman's two-year-old son were arraigned in DeKalb County Criminal Court Friday. Cody Key, 23, was indicted for murder and aggravated child abuse, and 19-year-old Jessica May was indicted for aggravated child neglect in connection with the death of Colten Alexander May last Tuesday. The child was reportedly taken to DeKalb Community Hospital early on the morning of May 17, and was pronounced dead at the emergency room.
