COOKEVILLE, Tenn., May 22, 2017 — Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands, Tennessee’s largest non-profit law firm, announced today that Heather Duggan has joined the firm.
Duggan will serve as a paralegal in the Cookeville office of Legal Aid Society, where she will primarily work with the Mortgage Foreclosure Team. She will also spend a portion of her time providing support in other cases.

“Heather began just a few weeks ago and has already proven to be a great addition to our staff,” said Marla Williams, managing attorney for Legal Aid Society’s Cookeville office. “She has both the experience and work ethic we look for in a team member, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome her aboard.”
Duggan earned her associate degree in Paralegal/Legal Assistant Studies from Palm Beach State College, located in Lake Worth, Florida. She became a Tennessee resident in 2008.
