After an undercover operation held in August by the Fifteenth Judicial District Drug Task Force, the Carthage Courier reports several individuals are facing assorted drug-related charges after the county’s grand jury returned sealed indictments on Aug. 3. One of those indictments was on Liberty’s Douglas Shane Frazier, 46. Frazier was recently arrested and faces charges of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture and conspiracy to manufacture a Schedule II drug.
