Lilly Grace Anderson was all smiles as she and mother Caitlin Anderson took centerstage during Saturday’s fundraising pageants to receive a special six-foot trophy, crown and sash. Lilly recently underwent surgery to remove a tumor from her brain stem, and is suffering from Cerebellar Mustism, a debilitating disease which causes the loss of speech, motor skills and muscles mass.
