A Pea Ridge man is facing two counts of aggravated burglary after allegedly breaking into the same home twice in nine-day period.

According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, 49-year-old Bobby Floyd Duggin was charged with two counts of aggravated burglary, one count of theft of property over $500, and one count of theft of property under $500 for the June burglaries. Duggin allegedly first broke into the residence, on Lodge Street in Liberty, through a kitchen window on June 7, taking $450 in cash. Walker reportedly had a strong odor of alcohol on his person, and admitted that he had been drinking. A woman at the reasidence reportedly told the deputy that she and Walker had gotten into an argument, and that he slapped her face and knocked her to the ground. Then, while other people at the home attempted to get Walker outside, he allegedly punched the woman in the face. Ray said she had a bruise and knot on her upper right cheek bone. Walker was determined to be the primary aggressor and was placed under arrest. His bond was set at $4,000, and he will appear in court on uly 10.
