Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 36-year-old man on July 16, charging him with his eighth offense of driving on a revoked license.
Tim Melvin Hickman, who reportedly gave a Bridgeway Motel address, was also cited for improper passing, not having insurance and violation of the registration law.
According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, Hickman was riding a gold Harley Davidson motorcycle when a deputy stopped for him for passing on a double-yellow line on Highway 70.
Hickman allegedly could not produce a license, had no plate on the bike, and presented the wrong registration.
Ray said a computer check revealed his license was revoked.
It was reportedly his eighth time being caught driving without his license.
His bond was set at $10,000, and he will appear in court on July 25.
Eva Caroline Parliment, 22, of Lebanon was arrested on July 19 for driving on a suspended license.
Ray said a deputy found Parliment sitting in the middle of the Midway Road with no lights on just after midnight.
A computer check revealed that her license had been suspended for failure to satisfy a citation in Rutherford County.
The deputy reportedly had her call someone to pick her up, but the sheriff said that after an hour no one had shown up, so she was arrested and taken to the jail for booking.
Her bond was set at $1,500, and she will be in court on July 25.
Meanwhile, 25-year-old Melissa Hadidian Moghadam of Hermitage was arrested for public intoxication in the same incident.
Ray said Moghadam was a passenger in the vehicle with Parliment, and when the officer asked her to perform field sobriety tasks to see if she could drive the vehicle, she was judged to be intoxicated.
Her bond was set at $1,500, and her court date is July 25.
Paul Randall Ervin, 52, was arrested and charged with domestic assault on July 18.
The sheriff said Ervin and his wife got into an argument, and Ervin hit her in the chest and grabbed her arm, scratching it.
He also allegedly hid the woman’s cell phone and money to prevent her from leaving or calling for help.
Ervin’s bond was set at $1,500, and he will appear in court on July 25.
