Alexandria police arrested a 31-year-old man on Dec. 5 and charged him with two counts of sexual contact by an authority figure.

The arrest warrant for the first count accuses that: “On or about July 1, 2016, Nicholas Oryan Tittle did have sexual contact with a 16-year-old female minor by kissing her on the lips. This did occur at the Alexandria City Park on Industrial Drive.”

The arrest warrant for the second count alleges that: “On or about July 1, 2016, Nicholas Oryan Tittle did have sexual contact with a 16-year-old female minor by kissing her on the lips. This did occur at 349 Avant Circle in Alexandria.”

Bond for Tittle was set at $3,500, and he will appear in court on Dec. 22.
