Christopher Eugene Layne, 28 was charged with driving on a revoked license and theft of property over $1,000 on Aug. 18. After he was allegedly caught pushing a stolen motorcycle. According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, a deputy responding to a call concerning a man pushing a yellow motorcycle down the road in the Midway community made contact with Layne pushing the bike, and it was determined that the motorcycle had been stolen from Putnam county.
