Michael Pierre Napier Rose, 30, of Capshaw Road was charged with aggravated assault, vandalism, and escape, as well as for other outstanding warrants for violation of General Sessions Court probation, worthless checks, and two counts of failure to appear on Aug. 3.. According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, Rose pulled another man off a horse and threatened to kill him with a knife, placing the victim in fear of his life. When Rose was taken into custody he allegedly pulled the inside back door panel off the patrol car, breaking the window locks.
