HARGRAVE
A Four Seasons Road man who was allegedly intoxicated at the scene of a fire at his own home has been charged with disorderly conduct after reportedly threatened emergency workers responding to the location. According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, James Allen Hargrave, 54, was arrested on April 18 after a deputy responding to a fire call at 3323 Four Seasons Road found Hargrave to be highly intoxicated. The man allegedly refused to obey the deputy’s commands while in close proximity to a fire scene, then became aggressive toward first responders, verbally abusing and attempting to strike them.
