A Watertown man faces charges in connection with the theft of coin-operated air vending machines from three different locations in DeKalb County. Alton David Estes, 46, was arrested on March 5 and charged with three counts of theft over $1,000.According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, Estes allegedly took coin-operated air vending machines by breaking the bolts that helds them on at the Shiney Rock Market on Highway 56 south on July 1, 2013, at Liberty Citgo on Highway 70 and at Hillcrest Market and on Sept. 9. The machines were each valued at more than $1,000.
